Through constant improvement and analysis entena.fm
has created a detailed guide to delivering a bulletproof
project.
Our projects follow this carefully constructed methodology- Discuss, Design, Develop, Destroy, Deploy.
We begin by discussion. We listen to your objectives and goals, and learn about your audience and their needs.
Once we have a clear understanding of the scope of the project we enter a brief but intense identification phase.
Here we determine the content of the project, identify any key issues, and define the layout and architecture for the site. How will it work? What technologies make this happen? What's best for the audience? This phase ends with a crystal clear definition of all phases of the project, and a timeline with milestones to ensure timely delivery.
Next we design the interface, information, and interactive
experiences to make the project real. We create targeted,
in-line designs to best determine the appropriate look
and feel for the project. We keep mapping the design
to the technology until we find the perfect match. This
phase completes with the creation of a mutually agreed
upon design for all levels of the project.
We then enter the development cycle. Here the entire project is put together. The designs come to life, the technology gets plugged in and the site begins to work.
We continuously push the development of the project to completion. At the end of the development phase we have a working prototype of the project.
Then we destroy it. Destruction is a multi level take down where the design, content, and technology are all scrutinized for perfection. Our Q & A process demands meticulous stress testing to ensure a bulletproof project. We won't launch it until its right.
Finally we deploy the project, launch the site, and measure its success against our original goals. We complete any training necessary to guarantee the continued success of the project. We make sure everyone using the project has what they need to successfully use the project. The deployment phase ends with a complete, working project and loyal, satisfied clients.
